Delivery Information

We are proud to be able to deliver to any location throughout the UK. To
non-mainland addresses, there may be an additional courier postcode surcharge.
If this is the case, you will be notified before we attempt to despatch your
order.


Depending upon the size and nature of your order, it will be despatched by Royal
Mail, Parcel Force or courier service.


Our standard delivery service is a three to five day service (Please note to
non-mainland addresses this may increase slightly). You have the opportunity to
upgrade this to a premium service at checkout, but please note this will not
affect your despatch time on special order items. These delivery times are
approximate and depend upon stock levels and special order item turnaround
times.


We can only deliver to addresses that match the registered address on your
payment card for first time orders. After this, you will be deemed to be
verified and your delivery address can be changed.


We can accept no liability for delay in delivery of goods, or failure of
delivery of goods when this is due to an omission of information on a customer's
part. Be it to delivery or production of special order items.


If you're unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange it,
provided it is returned to us in its original packaging, and combined with a
copy of your invoice within 28 days of purchase.


Special order items such as paints and number plates can only be returned if
faulty. Mixed up paints are mixed to original colour and we cannot be held
responsible for inaccuracies due to the aging process of paint.
